Is there a way to have Opsu recommend what songs I should try next?
Most songs I search for aren’t on opsu.
If nothing else, can I specify a genre and opsu shows me songs in that genre?

On the official osu! website you can sort by most played or most favourited to find popular songs. You can also download beatmap packs there.
